Weis Library United Methodist Church is a caring community of faith who are following Jesus Christ as disciples.  We have centered our lives in Jesus Christ and strive to grow more like him daily.

DYNAMIC WORSHIP

We value dynamic worship centered on the Lordship of Jesus Christ as the Messiah and only Son of God. 
Therefore, our worship settings are friendly, open and inviting.  We are excited about getting together, worshiping God, meeting new people and sharing our journey with each other.

SPIRITUAL GROWTH

We value spiritual growth.
We practice a modern faith grounded in ancient truth.  The Bible is our guide and source of spiritual wisdom.  We believe the Bible is God’s Word to us and so we accept its authority, assimilate its truth and apply its principles.

FRIENDSHIP

We value real friendship.  Life is better together. 
We are committed to authentic relationships with each other and these relationships involve truth-telling, celebration, accountability and honesty.

SERVICE

We value enthusiastic service. 
We believe Jesus came to teach us servanthood and modeled it by word and deed.  We love God by loving and caring for one another.  We believe every person is our neighbor and is deserving of our service.  We serve our world and community with enthusiasm because in doing so, we serve our Master, Jesus.

COMMUNITY

We value our neighbors. 
We love to stretch out toward our neighbors.  We grow best when we are reaching out toward others in genuine love and community.  We know Jesus reached toward us and we are eager to meet new people and see the great beauty of God’s creation in the eyes of our neighbors.
